Responsibilities:
* As a Guest Relation Executive I was the main point of contact for VIP guests arriving to the hotel, analyzing the guest arrival reports in advance, working closely with other departments ensuring all special request are being dealt with before guests arrival, keeping track of all VIP’s and returning clients preferences and organizing the personal welcome letters and special amenities accordingly
* Maintaining accuracy of guest profiles, welcoming all VIP guest on arrival, checking their satisfaction during their stay
* Dealing with every difficult situation in a calm and professional manner, ensuring every guest receives the highest customer service at all times, working closely with Executive Lounge Receptionist in order to exceed guest’s expectations
* Provide managerial support to the room’s division team, offer particular communication in response to guest comment cards, guest emails, and JD Power Alerts inside 2 business days of receiving and tracking follow up of issues
* Relief reporting daily and over holiday and sick time of Executive Assistant and F&B Administrator, together with all mail responsibilities for example receiving and sorting of cheques, monitor and maintain payroll and legislative holiday records for Rooms Division
