Joined a children food start-up as a Business Development Director:
- Launched a new brand on market in 6 months;
- Achieved target turnover within the HY1 (5 mln rub per month, 5 accounts signed);
- Developed a product portfolio based on a market research, Nielsen data analysis and company's goals and presented it to the investors;
- Developed and implemented a product launch strategy (production timeline, budget, potential customers' assessment and market sizing);
- Selected manufacturers and negotiated contract terms and conditions for each product category (24 SKU). Developed assessment criteria for manufacturers;
- Prepared a marketing plan and promo materials;
- Developed a commercial policy for Key Accounts and distributors;
- Conducted successful negotiations with suppliers and distributors that allowed to operate with a minimum investments form shareholders.
