Obligations: organization of the department's work for promotion and better sales of the hotel's services on Russian and Finnish markets (hotel individual and group accommodation, food&beverage services, meeting&events services), guest's satisfactory level analysis, composing the offers and calculating it's costs for potential customers, organizing and helding hotel tours for customers.
Customer care assistant
Obligations: individual reservations of hotel rooms and cottages, preparing the necessary documents for registration of all arrivals, check in and check out guests, providing the customers with information about the hotel, it's services, distribution of relevant information concerning hotel's clients between the hotel departments, manage guests' accounts, receiving payment, taking phone calls, work with guest requests and complaints, resolving conflicts arising during guests' stay, assigning the rooms according to the room types, settling the accounts, evaluation of hotel's occupancy, preparing reports.
