    Менеджер по развитию бизнеса I’m working as a business development manager in Sarya Touch of Class. Our Company are exclusive distributor of Luxury Tea called Dammann Frères, based in UAE. In the role of Business Development Manager my major goals is to improve an organization’s market position, to achieve financial growth, to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and closes business deals with 5 star hotel and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. My work includes extensive work with Top management of the 5 star hotels -General Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Procurement which starts from presentation of the products (tender / live presentation / power point presentation), then define the needs of the hotel and finally make a proposal of the complete tea concept for the hotel, which will include the prices, the tea concept itself, the FOC (support equipments free of charge), the Agreement with its terms and conditions. From another side my job includes extensive cooperation with my own internal team, marketing staff, finance department, office managed, CEO, VP, logistics Manager to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. My goals is to find potential new customers, present to them our product and services ultimately convert them into clients (by closing deals), and continue to grow business in the future. The summary of my major tasks is:  To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising presenting or other means of generating interest from potential clients.  to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with our company.  to develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.  To grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new products and services to clients.  To coordinate with the Owners, CEO, office manager, accounting department, logistics department in Dubai and export department in Paris  to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company, which requires a thorough knowledge of the market, and of the company’s competitors.  To prospect for potential new clients and turn this into business.  Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging our network.  Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization  Research and build relationships with new clients  Set up and conduct meetings and presentations with the decision makers  Plan approaches and pitches.  Develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.  Participation in pricing  Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
