Обязанности и достижения:
Main duties:
- Recruitment;
- Revision of the Employee’s Handbook and subsequent implementation of revised policies;
- Annual appraisals and performance management planning;
- Payroll and benefits for local and expat staff;
- Compensation and benefits analysis and restructuring;
- Staff Induction and onboarding procedures;
- Personnel training and development;
- Staff relocation and transfers programs;
- Monthly staff costs reports, group finance consolidation reports,
- Quarterly and yearly budget preparations;
- Coordination with JAFZA and government authorities in Dubai, Sharjah, India, KSA, Bahrain and Iraq ensuring trouble-free operations of existing Representative Offices (RO) and timely opening of new offices;
- Set up and overseeing ROs daily office management (India, KSA, Iraq, Bahrain);
- In charge of Admin team in each of the ROs ensuring smooth daily operations;
- Renewal of Trade License and related certificates for each RO;
- Creating and developing maintenance infrastructure in the offices and yards;
- Sourcing, purchasing, registering and maintaining records of company’s motor fleet;
- In charge of offices and warehouses set of insurance policies and their timely renewal;
- Coordinating design and orders of printed materials for ROs as per legal requirements in each country;
- Revision of company’s policies and procedures manual and subsequent implementation of revised policies to each of the ROs;
- Organizing events, seminars, corporate meetings;
- In charge of travel and stay procedures (coordination with airlines, travel agents, hotels, consulates);
- Also in charge of various IT-related tasks as an IT administrator.
