I managed new product CJSC Transmashholding projects with the biggest foreign companies. I controled the transfer of advanced technologies from foreign partners. As a leader of project team (about 10 persons) I provided all required procedures business plan preparation, technical assignment and requirements confirmation, contracts preparation with third party companies (all steps from start-up stage), negotiations organization at executive level (financial, budget, technical questions, labor resources), components localization process inside company plants and around Russian manufacturers, organization and monitoring diesel engine locomotives in service. I provided audit and monitor company plants in accordance with internal rules and procedures. I worked in interaction with research institutes (including certification process), prepare analytical papers and reports.

I took part in large General Electric Transportation projects in CIS, East Europe and other regions. As a technical project coordinator (5-6 persons) I prepared requirements specification, instructions for customers (technology transfer process for service planning), supported sales department and cooperated with research-and-development center. I provided and controlled as a project owner engineering procedures for developing of new products (full cycle - from designing to introduction - planning and budget preparation). I have experience of work coordination of different company departments located in different countries (sourcing, drafting, manufacturing, sale, service and engineering).
