Direct report to PL’s vice presidents
- access and develop new opportunities in the local market, find new partners and negotiate agreements
- define commercial strategy, development plan, price policy. Coordinate the action plan with sales department
- coordinate technical issues resolution
- define objectives, follow achievement, develop successors
- coordinate with BU support functions if needed; achieve sales targets
- escort and assist client during his trips to the factory
- creation and maintaining current Key Accounts
- decision making for defining channels
- taking part in the localization project (JV project with one of contractors)
- preparation of technical- commercial offers and signing of contracts (1,5 M EURO)
Statistics
Year 2010 - 15% more achievement of CAP (Commercial action plan)
Year 2011 - 15% more achievement of CAP
Achievements: establishment of good coordination between international (italian, german, american) factories and sales force in Russia, good stress resistance while working with 2 PLs in parallel, increase of sales in Russia, enlargement of sales channels (more contractors), work with Gazprom, Ru girds, Rosatom, Inter Rao, Fortum, SUEK, Lukoil and etc.
Projects: Kurskaya NPP, Yuzhnouralskaya TPP-2, Nyaganskaya TPP, SS Demianskaya, Kottlassky pulp and paper factory, Kaluzhsky metallurgical plant and etc.
