Responsibilities:
Managing and co-ordination all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for company’s brand in the domestic Russian market (Retail & Wholesale).
Preparation and providing seasonal window decoration and instore navigation for Triumph own brand and franchise stores (Retail & Wholesale).
Participation in opening of New Stores – Own retail flagship stores and franchise stores.
Managing official social media pages* Instagram, Facebook, Vkontakte, Youtube: creating local content plan, promotion of all social groups, providing head office with monthly reports with analytics.
Web-site administration both official websites, actual update of the content of the corporate web-sites (update of news, seasonal collection update, adaptation of special applications, creation of new pages).
Preparing regular Marketing reports and PR reports for the head office.
Supplying the key Mass Media with press releases, product portfolio information and product samples.
Adaptation, order and distribution of POS materials and In-store navigation materials to support the marketing campaign.
Translation & Copy writing: local adaptation of corporate press releases, company’s news, information about the product/new collections, Sell-In materials (incl. Seasonal catalogues and Sales support materials).
Organization and coordination of PR and special events (incl. client’s events, exhibitions, fashion shows, presentations etc.) Managing PR agency from 2017.
Communication with the online & offline media, providing the necessary materials.
Co-ordination of contractors; organization of tenders for prospective vendors.
Document management: formalization of invoices (in accordance with the requirements of Accounting).
Achievements:
Successful leading of project of standardization of franchise stores,
awarded “Project of the year 2013” (window decorations and instore navigation).
Opening of new Retail stores in new “Tailoress” concept: in MEGA shopping mall (Moscow); in Metropolis shopping mall (Moscow).Development and adaptation of all instore brand communication materials in line with New concept; new store’s grand opening events organization.
Launching all Triumph digital projects and contests, integration and coordination.
