* Participation in corporate planning process (annual budget, sales forecasts, P&L preparation and analysis);
* Formation of future of OTC portfolio (incl. Strategic planning)
* adaptation of package design;
* recommendations for price;
* development of local marketing/promotional strategy and tactics;
* preparation of Field Force training manuals and presentations;
* sales/expenses' forecast and control;
* development (adaptation) of merchandising program and standards (incl. POS ideas and usage);
* promotional contest targeted to encourage the Front desk pharmacy staff;
* development of promotional materials (printed visuals and gifts), supervision of suppliers;
* analysis of secondary sales data; identification of sales targets for Field Force; season sales promotions for patients and wholesalers (pharmacies);
* product presentations (personal and written with audio/visual elements);.
* analysis of competitive products and their activity (incl. specific market retail reports by IMS);
* briefing the agencies for advertising campaigns/promotional events; experience in making pitches for media service; selection of relevant media set (press, outdoor, radio);
* studies of consumer attitudes and preferences (tests for TV commercials and storyboards, package, price studies);
* event marketing (sport sponsorship and events).
