Responsibilities:
• Elaboration and implementation of the marketing strategy for the company (product, sales, communicate and price strategies). Responsibility for results of all marketing-mix parts.
• Planning investment strategy of the retail market development, generate targets for all new and existing projects.
• Creating a system of indicators for the internal and external environment of the company, introduction of operational proposals to change actions on a regular basis.
• Targeting long- and medium-term planning of sales for all territories based on internal and external environment; control the results, bolstered staff motivation.
• Preparation and evaluation of projects to enter new markets / new product introduction / development of existing products and services.
• Assessment of the current services provided and gave rationalization for the introduction of new products and services.
• Analysis of consumer preferences and product benchmarking.
• Profitability management (analysis services profitability, analysing competitors' pricing policies, pricing, discounts, etc.).
• Sales forecasting and identification of the most effective marketing channels.
• Development of brand TTK’s strategic presence throughout the territory.
• Planning, development and production of advertising campaigns, analysing performance, optimization of budget on advertising and PR costs (from design to deliver to the consumer).
• Regulation business processes to the updated marketing structure aligning with the global strategy of the company.
• Preparation reports of researches results and making presentations on entering to new markets or change behaviuor in the market strategy.
• Active participation in project teams on sales development, customer service and to improve the quality of network services.
Achievements:
• Created an updated marketing structure in the company, built all business processes and established a successful team “from scratch”.
• Have implemented a marketing strategy by which subsidiary revenue for 5 years has increased from 70M up to 850M rubles.
• Increased market share of broadband access to the Internet by more than 22%, with sales growth in 4 years from 350 new users per month up to 5000.
• Carried out full-fledged assessment of appeal markets which lead to investment planning for the company's entry into markets more than 20 new cities (an increase of 60% OIBDA)
• Have implemented some of flagship advanced services of the company, generating average monthly increase of 10% to revenue on the half-year horizon.
• Prepared and defended a new development strategy for 2016 to reflect changes in market conditions and consumer preferences.
• Empowerment: from February 2015 – West subsidiary, from March 2013 – North-West subsidiary. My responsibility was to change the structure of marketing activities and establish new marketing and sales strategies for new sales territories.
