Duties / Skills:
• Product & Brand portfolio managing and development (new flankers launch within existing brand portfolio), Marketing Planning & Budgeting;
• External & Internal Data analyzing (retail audit, demand forecasting, competitive analysis);
• Products’ quality level Monitoring and competitive comparison;
• 2 new TMs’ launch (assortment, design, pricing, distribution channels, advertising campaigns);
• Marketing-Activities: BTL (acts, lotteries, coupons, gustative tests in P.O.S., promotional gifts, P.O.S.M.), ATL (media, outdoor advertising): from briefings to performance evaluation;
• Retail relationships Management: motivating programmes for front-line personnel, «mystery shopping», joint promotional activities.
