Major responsibilities:
- Developing and leading the BU in driving the image of the brand through new event ideas, event activation, and event branding solutions that impact key target consumers.
- Developing and driving innovative original programs consistent with national strategy that driving the image of the brand
- Actively work with FMMs (Field Marketing Managers) & OPMs (On Premise Managers) in maximizing relationships in bringing the brand to life in the On Premise environment.
- Serving as a branding expert
- Developing and Managing Cultural Opinion leader program for the BU (Develops and drives opinion leader relationships and projects in the BU)
- Taking care of an optimum usage of the Red Bull product in focused culture playgrounds by opinion leaders and secure a perfect communication about the brand and the product
- Managing the communication colleagues best in achieving optimum media outcome
- Making use of national / international Opinion Leaders and their activities
- Sharing Best Practices and Communicates Brand Initiatives both Internally and Externally
- Working closely with National and International Marketing teams
- Utilizing the RB Global Idea Funnel to present new ideas and obtain feedback
- Business planning of culture and on-premise (HoReCa) part of marketing (movie, music, fashion, TV, nightlife, street culture parts).
- Culture and HoReCa events planning (split of responsibilities, managing the project team).
- Managing and growing client relationships and client revenue.
- Negotiating and contract signing skills.
- Reporting and evaluation of finished projects.
Achievements:
- 30 successful Red Bull events (brand new events)
- More than 50 supported events (Kinotavr, Russian Fashion week, picnic of Afisha, MTV Movie awards, etc.).
- Word of mouth is generated by driving grassroots initiatives/events in priority cultural scenes and leveraging relationships with key influencers
- over 1 000 000 000 contacts
- Red Bull brand values are brought life for targeted consumers through strategic event execution and leveraging of national properties in local markets.
- Brand activity is communicated through all relevant channels of external communication.
- Big increasing of Red Bull sales.
