O manage the Biggest Group of National Key Account Clients: KOMUS, GRUPPA TOVARISHEY, SECRETAR and some others
To liaise with other departments achieving sell-in and sell-out targets;
To cover annual negotiation process, act as a key client contact, leading sales relationships with key customer;
Responsible for sales results boosting;
Responsible for all financial indicators (EBIT, GSP), meet the sales targets;
Planning and evaluating, analyzing and submitting reports (monthly, yearly) within the assigned clients;
Leading promotional campaigns development, oversee implementation and evaluation;
Marketing activities: Planning, Budgeting, Effectiveness forecasting and ROI evaluation.
Leading of Customer planning process- definition of annual negotiation strategy and action plans for assigned customers;
Planning and evaluating, analyzing and submitting sales reports (monthly, yearly), review presentations for Head office preparation and making.
Direct reporting to Head office about the biggest distributor Komus.
Assortment Matrix of Distributors formation, listing Esselte novelties and supporting regular Esselte SKUs within a distributor assortment matrix.
Focus on low sales categories of product then supporting them by promos for Trade Motivation and end-Users as well.
Region distribution all the existing customers and looking for potential (Ural region was in charge).
Trainings and Master classes conducting for KA to present novelties and support regular assortment.
Dealing with claims and respond to all the customers' needs.
