    Обязанности и достижения:

    • Planning purchases according to the terms of production of goods and on the basis of the balance of funds on the company's accounts, registration of projects for purchases and subsequent placement of orders. • Monitoring the supplier market, negotiating with European factories (Austria, Germany, Belgium, Great Britain, Italy and USA) and their representatives in Russia (product category-technical lighting). • Coordination of specifications, the possibility of manufacturing non-standard equipment, discounts, terms and conditions of delivery, adjustment together with lawyers and conclusion of contracts, organization of procurement of goods. • Monitoring the execution of contracts and the correctness of documents for the Russian currency control and custom, tracking customer payments for the purpose of timely payment of orders to factories. • Control of payments to suppliers and terms of delivery of equipment, organization of customs clearance (import deliveries), control of shipments of goods from the company's warehouse and delivery to customers. • Setting and monitoring the execution of tasks by technicians and designers, couriers and drivers (6 people), close interaction with the logistics Department and accounting Department, as well as with the customs broker. Key results: • Improved internal communication between the company's departments and implemented a summary reporting table, reducing the number of errors and the time to process the order; • excluded representatives of European factories in Russia from the order chain, concluding direct contracts, which increased the marginality of projects by 5-7%; • new direction was developed, we started to work with Austrian exclusive furniture supplier and made 3 orders; • participated in projects of municipal customers and corporate clients.
