• Managing the team of LRM’s (Local Regional Managers), seven subordinates
• Operational management of the department: the organization of work, coordination, monitoring implementation of sales plan, reporting.
• Strategies planning of targets / sales / budget
• Development retail strategy, channel program / policy operation
• Analysis of the work effectiveness of the department
• Develop measures to increase the sales numbers
• Focus on profitable product mix
Achievements
• Improved business processes and interaction with the staff within the department (including remote workers), as well as with co-workers from related departments (marketing, distributors’ team, product managers, etc)
• Increased the rate target achievement for the department to 115%
• Extended and engaged the coverage of smartphones and tablets into TELCO regional channel partners – from zero to Russia’s Top-5 vendors (in-house share up to 15%)
• Close co-operation, planning and implementation of deals with two biggest TELCO retailers – Sviaznoy & Euroset (increased sales by 3 times in 2013)

• Development of 2-nd tier key-retailers and sales chain for new Lenovo's consumer brand – IdeaPad

• Developed the Consumer T2 BP’s channel from very beginning, increased 5 times the amount of partners
• Supply agreement with Media-Markt has been signed
• Engagement of the major retailers (Sitilink, Pozitronika, White Wind, ION, Notik, etc) in a regular business, in-house share of Lenovo products increased from almost zero up to 20%
• Business development and contract signing with two biggest TELCO retailers – Sviaznoy & Euroset
