• Support and development of the Key clients (more than 100 clients in portfolio)
• Successful achievement of the sales plan targets and main KPI features
• Increase of the sales index on the major clients for 30-70%
• Established business cooperation with Karcher, Sony, CVG Audio, Husqvarna, Visa, Castorama, Pirelli
• Contracts management, negotiations regarding contract conditions, operationg with client's inquiries
• Claim regulations
• Rates and terms calculation, coordination of transport shipments, dealing with non-standard inquiries
• Representing company internationally
• Participation in meetings and negotiations with top management
• Negotiations with Company's VIP clients (BMW, HP, Apple, Ebay, FedEx etc.)
• Presentational meetings with foreign and Russian clients
• Implementation of International projects (E-Commerce Asia, Europe, America)
• Participation in international exhibitions Post Expo 2012, 2013.
• Business trips with Company's management
• Working with Russian and International clients sections
• Full cycle clients' support including documentation and establishment of strong relationship
• International projects management
