Work as HR Specialist with wide range of daily activities:
- Closely work with HR BP to implement and support HR policies.
- Developing and implement human resource instruments and procedures (in compliance with Corporate policies).
- Research of labor market for identify market trends, analyze and taking measures.
- Launch and support HRIS and trainings systems: testing, implementing, etc.
- Took part in international HR&educational projects.
- Participate in “Best Employer Survey” 2007, 2008.
- Charitable program for children’s orphanage, etc.
Recruitment activities:
- Oversee full cycle employee recruiting process from application to testing, interviewing and on-boarding.
- Recruitment for all internal positions: software developers, management positions, administrative and IT staff etc.
- Coordinate pre-employment and employment processing.
- Maintain college recruiting, and career development programs.
- Identify candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions
- Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
- Market research: salary, candidate, competitors
Training Activities:
- Management T&D Activities
- Provide and collect input for identifying and defining present and future training needs
- Established relationships with training providers
- Arranged and launch training sessions
- Led internship programs;
- Took part in international HR&educational projects
Administrative activities:
- Collect, analyze and processing information
- Support internal procedures&processes
