Обязанности и достижения:
HR administration.
1. Elaborating and implementing local regulatory documents, job descriptions and providing advice and support to the employees regarding them.
2.Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system (250 employees), on board, leavers and maternity processing, labor books completion, administering business trip, time schedule, sick leaves, bank cards, medical insurance for staff.
3. Supporting expatriates and their relatives with visas, work permits, migration registrations, administering salary payments and bonus agreements for expatriate staff
4.Controlling HR administrative work in 15 branches, conducting audits in branches of company
6.Consulting HR specialists and staff on labor legislation
7.Collaborating with HQ in Germany on provision of SAP authorization
8.Participating in HR projects (implementing record of cumulative hours worked, conducting tenders for voluntary medical insurance, restoring missing HR documentation).
9.Preparing and providing all legally required documents to Russian inspections, internal and external audit and other auditing organizations.
Processing and control of payroll.
10.Collaborating with payroll department.
11.Controlling HR specialists in branches regarding timely provision of payroll documentation
Recruitment and training.
12.Recruiting HR specialists for the branches.
13.Supporting newcomers in HR during adaptation period
