- interacting with social funds
- administering benefits and payroll data
- staff cost planning and administration
- full range of recruitment activities (placement of vacancies, candidate screening, reference check, etc.)
- HR statistics and reporting
- performance management (objective setting, end-of-year appraisal, development plans)
- venue management (tenders, agreements, lease, etc.)
- budget planning and administration
- event management (professional seminars and exhibitions)
- travel and accomodation support (visas, hotels, tickets)
- back up to the Chief Accountant with administering primary financial documentation, Bank-Client, etc.)
