Обязанности и достижения:
1. all level recruitment (top staff, executives and junior staff) - search information processing (mass media, Internet), interview, case-interview, evaluating;
2. working out of staff list and corporative structure optimization in the head interprise and subsidiaries (Chelyabinsk and Sochi);
3. making and supporting internal HR policies, rules and regulations such as commercial classified information, data security, Internet-sourcing, certificating procedures;
4. HR report-keeping completely (70 employees)- hiring, transfer, dismissal, job descriptions, coordinating labour protecting procedures;
5. working out and supervising adaptive procedures such as the course "Welcome to the Company" and the installation course but not limited;
6. making bonus system, wages and salaries, performing salary market reviews, implementation;
7. coordinating external training programs and inner coaching for employees, reporting and result's analysis;
8. coordinating corporative arrangements - concept and method supporting;
9.ensuring internal policies in subsidiaries (Chelyabinsk and Sochi), coaching and supervising a submit hr-manager (recruitment, hr-report keeping, salary surveys).
10. achievements: - start-up; - reconstructed report-keeping during a month (70 employeers); - optimized corporative structure; - investigated effectiveness of departments then reduced and replacement of staff list as a result; - implemented the bonus system for executive and sales.
