• Advising clients on the HR aspects (cost structuring and amount of expenses related to overseas secondment for employees and effective ways of cost optimization, efficiency of the administration procedures for overseas secondment for employees), immigration rules, as well as labor law to ensure the following of all the legalities; • Analysis of existing mobility policy and how it sits within the framework of the company's HR policy and recommendations provided on how to achieve synergy between the mobility and HR policies; reviewing of efficiency of current mobility processes; • Providing consultations on the merits of tax equalization or tax protection and advice on how to protect against double taxation; • Verification, reporting and filing the necessary norms with the tax authorities and immigration authorities for the employer and concerned client; • Responsible for analyzing and resolving tax discrepancies and client account issues; • Handling the tasks of assisting with tax audit and answering questions raised by tax and immigration officials (wide experience in communication with the state bodies); • Helping clients to structure and harmonize their pay systems and evaluation of the current compensation and benefits package in terms of their competitiveness in the marketplace, participation in conducting compensation and benefits surveys in Russia, development and implementation bonus and/or incentive schemes to foster performance;
