HR administration functions
* Good knowledge of Labor law and HR procedures;
* Participation in salary and benefits surveys
* Drawing up of job descriptions for the employees;
* Experience in staff procedures audit and recovery of personal files of the employees;
* Following staff documentation circulation:
- preparation of Labor contracts
- executive orders
- labor books maintenance
- calculation of days of unused vacations
* Monthly maintenance of authorized positions list (shtatnoe raspisanie);
* Supporting in organization of corporate events if necessary;
* Drawing up of support documents related business trips in accordance with legislation)
Compensation and benefits area functions
* Communication with insurance company on regular basis
- coordination and administration of medical insurance programs for the employees;
* Support of the employees related mobile communication;
* Development and implementation of the compensation and benefits procedures (educational assistance program, gifts program, etc.);
* Coordination of gym programs for the employees;
Accounting functions:
* Knowledge of payroll taxation;
* Experience in working with banks
- knowledge of opening bank accounts procedure
- experience in opening bank plastic cards for the employees (collection and preparation of all necessary forms and statements)
* Knowledge of Bank-Client program operation, preparation of necessary documents as required by bank;
* Experience in administration of advances, including advance report processing.
