Main Responsibilities:
• Accountable for chain of stores operating across Russia.
• Management and implementation of the VM budget. Minimize costs by ensuring effective and efficient use of all resources. Control expenses and submit paperwork in line with company policy.
• Manage Seasonal launch set up working in partnership with the key Department stakeholders.
• Provide clear direction and leadership to a team, allowing them to deliver key objectives in specified time frames
• Hiring, development and motivating of VM staff. Coach team on all aspects of visual merchandising including the skills necessary to develop strong working relationships.
• Weekly visiting of stores to ensure a strong commercial approach to VM with an understanding of density, product adjacencies and customer flow in Shops and also profile of stores and customers.
• Contribute on Visual Communications and Retail conference calls.
• Work in collaboration with the key Department Stakeholders (Buying, Operations, Marketing) to ensure the Brand’s VM vision is coached and delivered in Shops also to ensure quick reactions to commercial reports and sales changes, ensuring all visual opportunities to impact on cash sales are taken
• Reporting and communication with Headquarter in England (schedules of all VM activities, photo reports, reports of shops competitors, weekly conference calls)
Main achievements:
• Built effective and stable team. Developed system of motivation of VM department
• Develop and introduce effective works in stores of the chain.
• Created and introduce new system of stores’ team development (VM + Marketing) – programs of development, trainings of VM for all members position of stores, system of team building in VM department.
