2002 – to present Head of the Legal Department 1999 – 2002 Legal Advisеr 2000 – to present Chairman of PARTAD Disciplinary Committee 2002 – to present Expert to the Russian State Duma Committee on Property This role involves detailed legal support of the activities of PARTAD’s and its members. It comprises legal advice to members of PARTAD; drafting pleadings in respect of actions taken by the lead securities markets regulatory agency the Federal Securities Commission and other companies. Provided in excess of 3,000 consultations; opined on in excess of 1,000 requests for PARTAD members; considered more than a 100 complaints alleging ultra vires acts by PARTAD members; organised in excess of 60 hearings of PARTAD Disciplinary Committee (“the DC”) which resulted in the resolution of some 50 disciplinary cases; attended on behalf of the DC at the meetings of the PARTAD Board of Directors for the purpose of submitting for representations about complaints in respect of DC decisions; advised on 30 legislative bills, drafted written opinions for Inspection Groups of the Federal Securities Commission; co-operated with expert groups set up by the Federal Securities Commission; the Ministry of Economical Development and the Government of the Russian Federation all of which were dedicated to amendments to legislation and administrative regulations; delivered numerous lecturers on the issues relating to law enforcement in the securities markets sector; participated in the meetings of USLA Scientific Board as an expert; participated in parliamentary hearings of State Duma deputies, conferences in respect of the future of the Supreme Arbitration Court, and various seminars, meetings, and round tables on matters of international regulatory law and best practice.

Also advised the NAUFOR Legal Department: drafting numerous opinions and advised on the terms and conditions of contracts and regulations promulgated by NAUFOR.
