Achievements:
2008 - Organization of the company's logistics department from scratch, including building-up of the organizational structure of the department, development of job descriptions, the hiring and training of personnel, the development of business processes, the annual goal setting both for the department as a whole and for each employee.
2008 - Building a supply chain from scratch: holding tenders to select logistics providers for services in international and local transportation, customs clearance, warehouse storage of lubricants; the conclusion of contracts, the establishment of business processes.
2010 - By improving the inventory control and management system, as well as automating business processes, it was possible to increase the turnover of warehouse stocks and, as a result, reduce the cost of storing stock by 17%.
2014 - Implementation of the electronic document management system in the company (EDI). This made it possible to transfer 90% of all document circulation with Russian legal entities to "electronic rails" and, as a result, ensure the confidentiality and reliability of the transmitted information, as well as reduce the time for processing and exchanging documents.
2015 - Holding a tender for the provision of services for the international transportation of goods, which made it possible to reduce transportation costs by 14%.
2018 - Participation in the launch of a plant for the production of lubricants: adaptation of the supply chain, supply of imported production equipment, reorganization of the organizational structure of the logistics department, optimization and automation of business processes.
