Head of Supply Chain\indirect procurement Responsibilities: * Developed and executed supply chain strategies in Russia, Rumania, Turkey and Ukraine; * Directed an organization's overall supply chain operations, including logistic (LTL, FTL, parcel, ocean, air, etc.), purchasing (indirect), selection of vendors and managing distribution centers in Europe; * Managing local supply chain teams in the countries specified above; * Overseeing countries' warehouse operations; * Resolving Global Trade Management issues (certification, customs' clearance, etc.); * Point of escalations for timely deliveries; * Secured fulfillment of respective KPIs achieving productivity, process improvement, cost reduction and other aspects of functional governance; * Enhancing EHS and continuous improvement culture on the site; * Co-coordinating outbound freight from the Distribution Center to end-customers and local company warehouses in the countries; * Established local purchasing policy in accordance with company's global standards; * Ensuring high level of customer service, while keeping operational expenses under control on the targeted level; * Supervising the Distribution Center: (1) Annual OPEX budget of 2 million Euro; (2) Annual Turnover - 300 000 million Euro, (3) 15.000 sqm. of space, 8.000 racking positions, 12.000 bins; (4) Assortment of 16.500 items, out of which 7.200 are storable positions;(5) regular shipments to numerous customers in 15 countries of Central and Eastern Europe; * Managing localization project (Assembly of electrical panel boards); Achievements: * Secured successful transition of a cross-docking function with an annual turnover of 107 million Euro from another Eaton site in Austria; * Managed 20% increase in the volumes of warehousing operations as a result of adding Rumanian business under the scope of DC and closing the local warehouse in the country; * Secured delivery of KPIs, such as daily punctuality (YTD 99,97 %), on time performance (YTD 96.2 %), productivity targets and others; * Reduced the rates for local freight by 5% in ruble terms and for international by more than 25% in Euro; * Decreased customs' brokerage fees by 30%; * Raised the standards of services for 3PL warehouse provider: reduced rented space and cut by half the short shipments. * Successfully passed internal and external (BIG 4) audits.- Январь 2014 – июль 2014
