• Staff management
- Accomplishing marketing objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and employees, enforcing policies and procedures
- Building marketing team of professionals, following company’s relocation
- Support to responsible staff about company direction, focus categories and sales targets understanding within short and long terms periods
• BIZ management /Strategy and planning
- Analysis of current and future market trends so as to make strategies for company’s development and growth. Short and long term / Biz planning: market demand forecasting, sales and market share forecast; current sales and purchase forecasting
- Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information. Control department's sales targets achievement (BP, PSI, LY)
• Product management
- Current line up and assortment management.
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements. Defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Improving product marketability and profitability by researching. New product development and launch. Attending product launch and media conferences
• ADV / Marketing activities
- Implementation of advertising and marketing activities for product promotion: marketing concept and ideas development. According support to responsible person on the issues of promotional ONLINE & offline activities plan, PR, mass advertising, shopfront, trainings, promoters. Participation in special events organizations (exhibitions, trade show, thematic events, others)
- Implementation of concept and special actions to stimulate sales growth, co-activities with dealers, countermeasures study and confirmation
• PL management
- Control department's PL - results analysis and planning (margin, profit, sales, ADV and other expenses) monthly and quarterly/half/ FY
- Budget control. Preparing an annual budget, analyzing variances. Preparing the budget for creating a media stream for various needs.
• Communication with factory
- Daily cooperation with factory about general, product issues, strategies, sales results and plans (reporting). Quarterly biz trips to the factory for participation in merchandising meetings (biz directions discussions, sales, products, markets trends, factory support, etc.)
