    Marketing & Business Development in Eastern Europe, MEA and South Africa regions for group fragrances and skincare brands portfolio: Atkinsons 1799, Liu Jo, Iceberg, Ferrari, Sergio Tacchini, Fiat500 and I Coloniali. STRATEGY & ROADMAP • Defining and implementing the relevant business strategy to achieve company objectives for all channels in the region. • Defining the Marketing plan for local execution in accordance with international and regional guidelines. Reflect the brands financial and strategic objectives and motivate report, monitor, and manage performance. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT • Opening of new markets/clients/channels, market research, and development of existing clients for EMEA region including cold calling, meetings, and presentations. • Driving the sales cycle, focusing on the value proposition, closing deals and customer support. • Managing the existing customers, and forcing the cross-selling. • Participation in Cosmetics industry-related events. MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS • Developing and implementing the long-term brand vision and brand strategy aiming to maximize brands contribution and continuously improve the value of Company brand within business objectives per region/country/channel. • Developing and implementing detailed business (sales/marketing) plans. • Managing the Marketing budget to ensure the best ROI in line with A&P % of sales targets. • Preparing Net Sales forecast using the latest market and retailer information available. • Ensuring the execution of all touchpoints of 360 launch plans (training, trade plan, incentives, and media): • Media strategy development and execution • Briefing and managing Advertising Agencies • Ensure the most effective and efficient media mix • Provide effective consumer promotional strategies relevant to the market and in line with brand guidelines • Controlling and implementing brand communication budget, including media plans and other activities directly related to brand and advertising production • Market and consumer research to identify the growth potential of the category and develop a list of actions to drive growth. BRAND IMAGE, PR & MEDIA PRESENCE • Defining and implementing the PR activities in coordination with Fashion Houses and Global PR team. • Evaluating the need for Media investment and development plan if ROI is relevant. • Maintaining brand image in all accounts and enforcing merchandising guidelines and planograms are properly implemented and effective. • Monitoring that all visual merchandising guidelines are strictly followed-up and enforced. • Defining and implementing training activities. DIGITAL • Elaborating the Digital presence of the brands on the retailers’ websites and elevate awareness through social media. • Developing online to offline activities.
