Build the Marketing strategy for the Russian market in coordination with the Managing Director and the EMEA Region for group brands portfolio: Niche/premium - Atkinsons 1799; Selective - Liu Jo; Lifestyle - Ferrari, Iceberg, Sergio Tacchini, Dirk Bikkembergs; Skincare – I Coloniali.
• Development and implementation of brand strategies on a country level (communication, pricing, media).
• Development and Implementation of Marketing budget aimed at achieving brand KPIs: the growth of market share, sales value, and volume, profit, brand awareness.
• Planning and coordination of advertising campaigns and promotional activities, co-op projects.
• Determination of key Retailers’ trade plans for all clusters - Downtown (Rive Gauche, TSUM, GUM, Gold Apple, Stockmann, Magnit, etc.) Travel Retail (Heinemann, RegStaer), E-commerce (Wildberries, Ozon, LaModa, Aizel) in coordination with the Sales department, to accelerate retail sales of the regular assortment and new launches.
• Managing the launch strategy and execution of the new products with the R&D department.
• P&L management.
• Development and implementation of full Integrated Marketing Campaigns for existing product portfolio and new launches: Outdoor, Digital, PR, Print, Influencers, Public and Press events, Trade activities (sampling, GWP, special prices, staff contests, and motivation).
• Defining the right in-store support model: listing priorities, planograms, promo-strategy, etc., channel strategy, data analysis, and needed actions implementation.
• Ensuring the successful implementation of brands merchandising concepts in flagships and chains, in full respect of the budget and time constraints. Monitoring that all visual merchandising guidelines are meeting global standards.
• Initiating and implementing Marketing research and Customer insights projects: initiate relevant insights and activities for in-depth consumer understanding, competitors and price analysis, Mystery shopper, Customer Surveys, etc.
• Defining relevant local brand ambassadors, negotiating the terms of partnership with them and establishing friendly long-lasting relationships.
• Agency management (creative, digital, PR, events).
• Management and Development of the Marketing team including 7 members - Head of BA, PR & Communication Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, VM Manager, Training Manager, etc. and the team of 15 in-house Beauty Advisors: training in marketing and sales skills, time effectiveness, project management, communication, etc. Improve team capability and capacity, the effectiveness of team collaboration, recruitment of the new members.
On August 2018 promoted to Marketing & Business Development Manager EMEA.
