- Organisation of the credit process (loans, guarantees, as well as trade finance products, letters of credit, collection, guarantees in accordance with Russian and International legislation etc). - Monitoring and analysis of customer information, credit risk assessment, maintaining a credit files. - Organization of agreements preparation related to issuance and maintenance of loans products. - Taking necessary measures to collect debts. - Creation and regulation of possible loan (and its equivalent) impairment provisions on debt, as well as impairment provisions for credit related liabilities, in accordance with RAS and IFRS. - Participation in preparation of proposals for improving the Bank's Tariffs for department's products, development of internal regulatory documents. Key results: - creation of credit unit operating procedures, procedures for updating department documentation and cooperation with other departments within the bank. - development of unique loan products and services for corporate clients (umbrella multicurrency lines, etc.), which allowed winning tenders of key customers in competition with much larger players. - achieving a level of satisfaction of corporate customers with the work of the credit unit of 4.7 points out of 5.0 possible. - passing inspections of the Central Bank of Russian Federation with continuous improvement of the results of the audit (audit of 2018 without requirements). - development in cooperation with Danske bank A/S Group way on issue of international letters of credit in accordance with UCP 600, and bank guarantees in accordance with URDG 758. - improvement of the system for fee charging on documentary operations of the bank (guarantees, letters of credit, international collections). - implementation of a unit operation control system (4 eyes principle). - was established cooperation with Customs authorities on issuing bank guarantees in electronic form, sending electronic notifications on the issue of bank guarantees in favor of the Federal Tax Service, as well as publishing information on the issue of bank guarantees on the portal www.zakupki.gov.ru. - Evaluation of creditworthiness of legal entities, monitoring of borrowers (pledgers, guarantors) financial position. - Making credit proposals and its presentation on the branch credit committee. - Preparation of loan agreements, pledge agreements, sureties, bank guarantees. - Classification of loans by categories of quality, calculation of provision for possible losses on loans and control of its correctness. - Accrual of interest. - Control of fulfilment by Borrowers of its obligations to pay interest and repay loans on due time. - Loan portfolio monitoring and preparing daily analytical reports. - Preparation of intra-month reporting on credit operations in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank of Russia, reporting on the loan portfolio of the branch in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank of Russia, Federal Tax inspection and the Bank Headquarter. Previous positions: Head of Collateral (December 2006 - July 2007); Chief officer of credit department (September 2005 - December 2006).
