• Manages the design and implementation of production standards and procedures for development of associated data bases and products; advises the department of assessment and Mapping on and formulates policies and procedures for integration of data management & GIS services with other county departments, governmental jurisdictions and agencies.
• Prepares comprehensive reports of data management & GIS development and activities; present reports to board of county commissioners, other departments and agencies.
• Projects, prepares, and monitors section budget and expenditures; prepares required governmental records and reports.
• Conducting planning and reviewing sessions, participating in formal pay determination sessions; setting clear expectations; providing feedback using input from customers, management, team leads, and technologists; and managing the careers of the team members.
• Encouraging diversity, motivating team members, building collaboration, pushing out decision making, facilitating conflict resolution and creating a supportive environment by eliminating barriers.
• Ability to drive an enterprise wide strategy - Change management and communication skills will be critical for this to succeed.
• Building and maintain relationships with vendor’s management and peers in the technical support groups

Exploration System administrator, Data Management & Development included:
• Providing computer-assisted Geosciences support
• Fixing troubleshooting, Help & Support user’s using software’s
• Ensures corporate data base meets quality level required by geosciences community to perform their work with accuracy and confidence
• Prepares and implements procedures to ensure new geosciences data acquired meets expected quality standards and is loaded in due time
• Creating, updating, and maintaining consistent datum/units and troubleshooting/fixing data errors when they occur project files
• Ensures all geosciences legacy data is processed through quality control procedures and loaded into corporate data base and applications without any degradation
• Ensuring that data is loaded according to relevant procedures and standards
• Verifying that the data within the project data store meets any quality criteria specified
• Increasing data management efficiency by reducing time spent by users searching for Geosciences data
• Carrying out periodic checks on the completeness, validity and quality of data stored in the project data store
• Advising users on good data and database practices (e.g. version control, deleting log files, capturing interpretation data) and implementing any agreed actions on the user’s behalf
• Handling, keeping updating and transferring data between Local office and international office
• Liaises with Geomatics team to ensures all data quality issues related to positioning (seismic, wells, etc.) are solved, and that all standards in terms of CRS, datum, geodetic system are applied to all relevant geosciences data
GIS Analyst, Digital Mapping & Cartography, included:
• Creating, updating, and maintaining GIS Projects using Data manipulation and spatial data processing for digital mapping & cartography (satellite imagery, digital aerial photo mosaics, seismic surveys, surface geology studies, subsurface and cross section interpretations and images, well locations, and existing infrastructure information)
• Creating subsurface grid from different set of data & QC using Spatial Analyst
• Bundling 3D ARGIS subsurface projects using grid, Fm tops, facies
• Design Field Trip, army scouting trip permit, helping Manager Decision for mine clearance area using Satellites & Topographic Maps
• Collecting and retrieving information from spreadsheets or workgroup databases and/ or Enterprise IT GIS databases (Probe, WoodMac, IHSEnergy, EGPC DATA, Free Source and Bid Round)
• Maps, Seismic & Logs Digitizing (ArcMap, NeuraMap, NeuraLog, Didger etc.)
