Over the course of my 23-year career at large multinational company I have held a series of positions with growing responsibilities in Russia, Switzerland and Kazakhstan. From technical representative to service supervisor, from sales representative to Regional / Country manager, I have been improving my knowledge and skills to drive market leadership through understanding of customer priorities, continuous improvement of operational excellence and building long-term relationships with cross-functional teams. It was an excellent start! After, I have founded my own business of development and installation of engineering systems for private houses. Exciting and thrilling journey of " starting from scratch and being responsible for everything" continues. This brings me additional priceless experience.
