    SThree is a specialist permanent and contract staffing business currently comprised of 4 operating brands. Their first office opened in 1986 in London and in 1998 began our international expansion with the launch of their first European office in Brussels. SThree currently has 22 UK offices and 55 non-UK offices in 21 countries globally. • Responsible, as the General Director, for all sales, marketing, administrative and legal matters related to the SThree entity in Russia. Had full responsibility for Russia’s P&L and cost control within country. • Opened Moscow office in November 2011 (legal entity, company registration, bank accounts, tax status, etc) two months ahead of target and 35% lower than budgeted. • Created the Permanent and Contract recruitment teams for Progressive Global Energy in February 2011. In September 2014, this team consisted of 32 consultants and 8 researchers covering a variety of roles from Moscow to Sakhalin and Siberia to Kazakhstan. • Delivered significant fee growth and client success year-on-year and was voted as “Start Up of the Year 2012”. • Achieved both 2012 and 2013 budget target and achieved all aims and targets (headcount target, yield per head, average margins, average fees, DSO, etc.) set for our Russian office within this period. • Joined EMEA Board in April 2013. • Successfully completed total relocation from temporary office (Regus Business Centre) to SThree-designed office in September 2013. • Officially launched Progressive Global Energy’s Contract team from scratch in January 2014 and helped build the team to 80 contractors with 9 months, generating a higher than average WGP and over 35% margin, with just 5 full-time employees and 2 back-office staff in the team. • Took on a very “client-facing” lead role, focusing on major global O&G clients, building wonderful, profitable and long-standing relationships with the senior heads of companies such as: Baker Hughes, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Exxonmobil, Statoil, NOV, Chevron, North Atlantic Drilling and many others. • Was responsible for several client-lead projects within SThree globally and was heavily involved in all Key Account Strategy meetings. • Controlled and supervised all back-office functions including tax reporting, accounts, outstanding debts and payments to suppliers. • In 2015 (after the economic crash), reduced all fixed costs by 37% and rent by 60% in order to streamline costs and make the office more profitable. • Organised numerous client events in Moscow – for example: Client Christmas Themed Parties (120+ clients), Champions League Final events, British Lions tour of Australia 2013, Six Nations rugby events (co-sponsored by Moet & Chandon) and much more. In many such events, we raised money for SOS Children’s Villages in Africa, donating over $25k in total.

With a small team of 5 dedicated researchers, we were a low-cost but high margin contingent business with the quickest solution on the market. • Our original client list consisted mainly of major global banks (UBS, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Canada, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, etc) and magic circle law firms (White & Case, Linklaters, Herbert Smith, etc), specialising in senior level recruitment within Russia. • After the financial changes in the world in August 2008, we expanded the target market to include hospitality, manufacturing, real estate and FMCG. • We acquired exclusive commitment from major global clients like ED&F Man, Ritz Carlton, Lotte Hotel Group (No.1 hotel in Russia), Savills and more which helped us to survive and thrive during a challenging time in Russia (and beyond).

    • Along with the Managing Partner and two other Senior Partners, helped devise and deliver the client and staff recruitment strategies locally which enabled us, the local Russian offices of Antal International, grow from 18 consultants when I arrived to over 120 when I left. This was the most profitable and efficient team within Antal’s group and was sold to the FiveTen Group not long after my departure. • Set up and grew the Finance, Banking and Legal team to 35 heads by September 2007, generating the largest yield per head globally for Antal International and both the most efficient and profitable team globally. • Developed the highest percentage retained business (28%) and the highest closing rate (78%). within the group. • We were very proud of assisting major global clients, like American Express, Morgan Stanley, Svenska Handelsbanken and HSBC with their Russian start-ups as well as building a very loyal base of both international and local Russian clients. • Our Finance, Banking and Legal team was voted Antal Team of the Year in 2006 and 2007. • In 2006, the Finance, Banking and Legal team had the highest group average for repeat business (62%).
