Front Office duties: Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner, check in, check out, client servicing, concierge duties, faxing, filing, copying, maintaining office supplies and equipment, answering switchboard, sorting the post, e-mails, ensuring office runs to management standards, dealing with complaints and queries, rooming guests, providing all the information that might be of any necessity for guests, responsible for petty cash control, handling end of the day cash-up.
In-House Reservation duties: Taking reservations on the phone, creating reservations in the Fidelio system, checking reservations up to received backups in the end of the day, doing revenues, processing invoices, presenting financial reports.
Managerial duties: organising rota system, presenting staff reports to Executive Manager, organising meetings, assisting with appointments, ensuring that the area is maintained up to the highest standards.
