Обязанности и достижения:
Controlling department re-organization (18 subordinates, 5 direct – Top-line Controller, Purchasing Controller, Industrial Controller, Logistic Controller, Reporting& HOO Controller, 13 indirect local controllers on 3 plants and 7 fillials);
Manage by Corporate reporting process;
Lead and co-ordinate performance management process (Sales, purchasing, production, logistics and overheads);
KPI's setting up, alignment and control per function;
Support to Top-management with Action Plan development to improve business performance;
Manage reporting and budgeting processes formalization and re-engineering for more effective structure (HOO&SF reporting, D&A approval and forecasting, P&L budgeting and rolling forecast processes and etc.);
Lead and develop direct subordinates of Controlling team (Regional Top-line Controller, Regional SSD Controller, Regional Industrial and Capex Controller, Regional Logiscits Controller, Regional OpexController);
Develop cross-functional communication to improve quality of forecasting and manage with KPI's following up.
