Обязанности и достижения:
• Daily clearing and settlements,
• Overseeing daily operations of the Customers Operations Unit,
• Driving process efficiently while preserving the Customers’ satisfaction,
• Negotiating and entering into Agreements (Agency Agreements, Margin Lending Agreements, Securities Lending Agreements, etc),
• Customer Due Diligence and evaluation of risks,
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of CySEC’s Directives and apply-ing of requirements under FATCA and IGA,
• Updating Internal Policies & Procedures (Operational Proedures Manuals, AML and Know-Your-Client Policies, Best Execution Policy, etc),
• Supporting with day-to-day queries,
• Implementation of the strategy designed to grow the Company’s business,
• Review and control of financial & management reports including income statement, balance sheet and cash flows, credits & loans portfolio,
• Engaging with the Company’s officers in internal and external audit,
• Obtaining additional licenses and preparation of the Company’s manual for additional investment services,
• Communication and maintenance trust relationship with business partners and authorities
