Revenue management project:
1. Strategic tasks:
• Embedding & governance of Revenue Management project within Lebedyansky (RM Model in Cognos support & development & control, Procedure development, Discount status periodic review, RM pack)
• Identify world-leading RM practices from 3rd party sources (eg business literature, trainings) and implement at least 1 in Lebedyansky.
• Work on pricing policy & methodology for Lebedyansky in 2011. Take part in pricing process in 2011
2. Current responsibilities:
• Trade spend optimization (developing & support & optimization of automated calculators for commercial teams (OT&TT) for quick analysis of business proposals)
• Providing data support for pack-price work streams in line with RM in Lebedyansky (multipacks etc)
• Promo evaluation process (control & analysis & preparation of recommendations in line with RM to increase effectiveness of promo actions)
• Periodic promo historical data collection&analysis for affective promo calendar preparation.
• Ad-hoc post promo evaluation (giving a sense of understanding for commercial team over specific promo effectiveness & recommendation preparation)
• Brand price recommendations
• Updating and developing of historical promo database. Periodic analysis for preparation of recommendations for commercial team over promo effectiveness
• Periodic PBR preparation (Net revenue analysis: Volume&Mix&Rate impacts comments, Opportunity&Risks analysis)
• Revenue Management Councils (best RM practices sharing, preparing RMC pack for Lebedyansky)
• Preparation of profitability analysis for different dimensions (client, brand, channel, branch etc) on Revenue Management System basis
• CDA controlling & monitoring within RM system
• On-ticket actual & budget tracking
• Price increase monitoring

Received PepsiCo European Revenue Management Award in recognition of good work and contribution to Revenue Management Agenda in Europe in 2010.
Parallel responsibilities apart from Revenue Management Project
• Successful creation of major database on MS Access basis which is the only source of aggregated information for Actuals&AOPs&P6F&P9F from 2008
• Collecting data for Volume, Gross revenue, Discounts (CDA&On-ticket), Net Revenue for major database
• Regular support of major database (update of reference tables, check of queries etc)
• Preparation of split of Discounts (CDA&On-tickets) for major database
• Structuring full P&L data for Access DB
• Providing actual data for Volume, Gross revenue, On-ticket for controlling group during monthly closure
• Providing aggregated actual information for 3rd parties (Canadean etc)
• Business support with actual data (Profitability analysis – brand & channel & branch etc)
• Ad-hoc analysis on actual data from major DB
