Successful creating of the department in a structural way after first years of reactive maintenance.
- Gathering a team of professionals ready to reach targets all over the country. Challenge, support, coach and inspire team members to reach the full potential of the function.
- Creating of FM strategy on a country level, set routines and constant improving of FM guidelines. After separation of FM department on the global level I had extended country organization to global guidelines;
- Communicate the FM strategy within the country. Liaise with other departments to safeguard that FM is considered in country initiatives and developments.
- Lead the development of the FM budget together with Area Facility Managers, FM Controller and Country Controller based on agreed requirements and current situation in sales;
- Establish processes to monitor, follow up and evaluate cost, quality and energy performance;
- Develop and execute improvement plans including optimizing requirements according to cost, quality and energy follow up;
- Establish the process of handover for new stores and providing operational input to Construction dept in order to secure cost, quality and energy consumption levels.
