WQ-2 Project, Iraq Successful construction projects coordination from Company side, up to 4 projects simultaneously - modification of CPF (Water Treatment and Water Injection, Thermal Oxidizer, Chemical Packages, etc.), new Gas Flare (LP/HP risers), GTPP (Gas Turbine Power Plant) expansion, Oil Well Pads, access roads, entry checkpoints, security perimeters. Managing a technical team of supervisors. Verification and approval of incoming documentation - Method Statement (MS), QA/QC Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Material Approval Request (MAR), as-built drawings. Contractors’ monthly invoices approval. PMS system adjustment. Approval and signing PTW (Permit to Work). Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, SoW (Scope of Works) and work schedules. Prompt identification and adoption of measures to eliminate deviations in schedule. Routine site visits on a daily basis, participation in weekly HSE walkdowns to comply with requirements and prevent HSE violations. Facilities hand over and commissioning.
