Обязанности и достижения:
Camp administration
- Managing 3 different accommodation camps and off-plot facilities.
- Arranging communication and management of all non-process facilities related matters
- strategic and operational planning of logistic processes and resources, materials and labor, office and accommodation space, transportation, contracts, etc.
- Daily verification and approvals for work performance reports, POB reports;
- PTW submission, hard copies and electronic, using Crescent ePTW system
- Maintaining Employees’ database
- Providing comprehensive support to camp residents
- Bed space management
- Preparation of work and purchase orders, requests for quotations, technical requirements.
- Interacting with the contractors (Services, Security, Transport, Maintenance)
- Contract administration and supervision of contractors and service providers
- Monitoring site/field conditions and equipment, practice, procedure for compliance with HSE requirements
- Arranging special events.
- Budgeting and budget control
- Preparing inventory sheet, filling in the accounting forms, stocktaking and records handling
Housekeeping
- Taking part in drafting housekeeping procedures
- Taking part in contract administration
- Assessment of the space subject to housekeeping
- Budgeting for Housekeeping
- Monitoring Contractor’s invoices
- Housekeeping QC
- Overseeing Contractor’s compliance with the Company standards.
Catering
- Monitoring Canteen working process.
- Drafting and approval of weekly/monthly canteen menu
- Food items stocktaking
- Participation in contract administration
- QC of the meals provided
- Overseeing Contractor’s compliance with the Iraqi Sanitary Regulations, ISO standards
- Hygiene & food safety inspections, sanitary control in kitchen and food storages.
- Monitoring consistency of the services provided with the invoices
