Successfully managing a monthly caseload quota of 100 clients, in need of yearly benefits recertification.
Conducting regular home visits in all 5 boroughs to homebound chronically fragile elderly medicaid members.
Providing clients with education, assessment, and facilitated enrollment services.
Ensurer compliance with program regulations. While serving as supportive liaison to NYS DOH program officers & HRA.
Monitored developments in the public health insurance field as I trained new facilitated enrollers.
Establish outreach by developing relationships with the heads of communities and key contact people in those
organizations.
Educate the organizations and facilitated on behalf of the people as we led them through the application process. This
included assisting clients in submitting electronic SNAP applications to the Human Resource Administration where we
at times operated as advocates for those from the communities. Leveraging my Public Speaking to do presentations
for diverse audiences.
Primarily serve the Russian and English speaking communities.
