Duties: Develop, manage and control project plan, project budget, schedule, identify project risks and ensure risk mitigation actions at early stages, identify and manage resources, coordinate procurement and logistics of supplies (services, equipment, materials, personnel), manage contractors, ensure implementation of corporate and local industrial standards, lead and supervise facility design, obtain permits for construction and operation. Initiate WBS and request for funding. Develop SOW and specifications of equipment, ensure equipment production IAW design. Hold kick off meetings and regular project progress meetings, regularly report the progress to the Stakeholders. Setup and monitor KPI’s for Contractors and Suppliers and internal resources. Ensure Management of Change in SOW, cost, schedule. Hold Tool Box breifings, supervise HSE, construction and operation activities on site, ensure facility operation and timely delivery of products. 1. Coordinate with IT to ensure communication networks are established, complete WBS worksheet in order to facilitate accurate internal allocation of costs for the Assets under Construction and timely capitalization of the completed assets, facilitate Property & Facility Handover Process to Stakeholder (s) and local property management personnel. Agree & approve Vendor payments. Generate SAP Service Entries. Plan and maintain Cash Flow in SAP. Hold kick off meetings. Review and comply with Site-Specific Safety Plan HSE Standards. Review HSE Standard for Contractor and Sub-Contractor Safety with the Contractor at the project kick off meeting, in particular, explain the Contractor risk levels and the associated requirements that Contractor must comply with.
