Обязанности и достижения:
Senior Field Risk Engineer I have two roles as an account engineer and also as a field engineer. As a field engineer I undertake all risk property & boiler & machinery breakdown surveys across a range power generating technologies from non- renewable and renewable energy occupancy. As an account engineer, I produce account service review reports of accounts. I also produce DTR for prospect accounts, service plans as required, plan schedule for field engineer’s surveys program, technical support to underwriter and claim department, training of Insured and AIG new staff. The main focus is on power plant ASR, DTR, site surveys with production of market reports or internal reports. I have extensively travelled to visit operational and construction power plants around UK, Europe, Middles East and North Africa, making risk assessments, advising clients on risk improvement and with possible solutions. Responsible for conducting and preparation of Insurance Property loss prevention surveys, predominantly of Power Generation occupancy. Carrying out technical surveys, focusing on management programs such as operations, maintenance and safety as well as technology used type of equipment, physical layout and construction and fire protection plus supporting Claim department in reviewing RCA, the quantum of the loss and schedule.

Owner’s office. My roles were as following Contract management. Project Design review. Erection support. Commissioning support. Supervision and coordination on design and implementation of engineering solutions for the project. Supervision on contract terms and conditions. Negotiations with General Designer and Subcontractors (suppliers and erection companies). Preparation of technical specifications for tenders and contracts. Duties: Compile technical data sheet from equipment suppliers to develop concept and for design of the power plant, Resolve all and any technical queries during engineering stage. Coordinate meetings for design review and approval by the owner and supplier. Conduct inspections and testing of equipment at manufacturer premises, prior to delivery and also during installation on site. Provide technical support to erection subcontractors on installation procedures and quality of work. Owner’s representative to accept works performed by subcontractors. Provide documentation and guidance requested by subcontractors to develop commissioning procedures and programs. Support for supplier personnel (provide conditions as per contract requirements, communication with subcontractors). Compile all supporting documents for main equipment (permits and certificates) to obtain the operating permit Power Plant successfully comissioned.
