Обязанности и достижения:
- Proactive customer visits to support the business strategy in line with GTI and customer needs.
- Analysis of customer product performance/process needs/trends is communicated and translated into GTI product/process actions required (“Voice of the customer”). Provide to customers highest level of expertise in selected technical areas: Russia; CIS (e.g. EAF operations; burners operation; regulation and etc.).
- Promote value added differentiation by translating customer observations into commercial benefit by measuring, documenting, and reviewing impact with customer to gain compensation for value provided.
- Customer complaints resolution process; proactively initiates preventive measures.
- Benchmarking of Competitive performance, service, and commercial issues.
- Maintaining high level of trust and satisfaction with GTI customers.
- Supporting and recommending communication and advertising program activities to promote GTI products and services.
