Assist the Assistant Project Manager in carrying out the Performance Work Statement of the contract.
Understand and instill the performance work statement of the contract the employees.
Maintain effective working relationships with military personnel and other contractors.
Inspect work areas and food products to ensure contractual and other established Navy standards.
Verify work tasks.
Ensure dining room supervisory items are available according to prescribed meal hours. Maintain all
work areas, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition.
Inspect all food items for quality and appearance prior to serving.
Report any inoperative equipment to the Kitchen Manager.
Ensure all Goodwill Industries and Navel policies and procedures are followed.
Assure that all supplies and food products are handled as prescribed by agency policies and good
security practices.
Responsible for the overall preparation of all dining rooms supervisory items and maintaining the
cleanliness of all work areas.
Supervise daily work assignments of dishwashers, servers, housekeeper and mess attendants. Receive,
answer and correct customer complaints and concerns.
Supervise the front‐end operation to meet established standards. This area includes dining room,
dishwashing room, beverage bar and soup, salad bar area and all assigned housekeeping areas.
Duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager and by the shift Lead Cook.
