Key Responsibilities: managing of sales in distributors’ channel
Products: Microsoft software: MS Windows, MS Office, servers, etc
- Full range of operations: payments, logistics, ordering etc. execution and control;
- Sales and marketing execution of channel strategy;
- Channel stimulation programs development and implementation: rebates scheme, co-marketing motivation, incentives, trainings programs, P&L control, etc.;
- Distributors’ sales process control in terms of assortment in stock, assigned territory coverage, margin growth per deal, etc.;
- Trend analysis via channel segmentation and competitors activity analysis;
- Team management (2 – persons: marketing and operations) monthly KPI settings and reviewing, personal plan development, etc.
