• Managing Sales Operations Planning: Running sales forecasts, Due Diligence on suppliers & import/export process risk assessment; trade Compliance policies, SAP implementation project, localization of new products
• Regional Sales and Service (14 offices): Implementing regional sales & service strategy to win large scale projects in Russia
• Project Sales Department: Launched program targeting Design Institutes and EPCs CPECC/FLUOR, Tecnimont, SINOPEC, Technip for turn-key projects in Russia/CIS, Finland, Turkey, Cuba, Venezuela, Mongolia

• Increased sales in Industrial segments by 20% reaching year target of US $95M
• Increased brand awareness and obtained additional focus on new growing segments: F&B, Construction, Automation, Wind Renewables with markets penetration strategies in each region
• Developed strategy for turnkey projects pursuit up to US $60M as main electrical vendor for international Power, O&G and Energy projects in Russia/CIS, Middle East, Africa, America
• Enrolled Schneider in Project Financing program with EU USA credit agencies resulting in wins of international power projects for InterRAO in Cuba US $7M, ROSSETI Mongolia US $12, ROSATOM Turkey Akkuyu US $60M
