    Client: Tele2 (intl mobile operator www.tele2.com). Markets: Russia (34 active regions), Croatia, Latvia, Estonia, new markets. Best cases: Tele2 Baltics relaunch: Relaunch of telecom brand Tele2 in the Baltic countries. Research, choice of a test-market (Latvia), new communication strategy, creative development, TV production (4 Image TVCs, 6 tactical), 3-staged large-scale launch campaign (TV, guerilla marketing, ambient media, BTL, shops redesign, POS, participation in creating of a new global brand book). Key contact person – Head of Communications Marketing of Tele2 Europe as well as local marketing team. Business results – positive brand perception shift (main KPIs went up 2 times more than planned), 3 times sales volume growth, perception of the campaign as one of the main events in the Latvian society. Worldwide buzz around the campaign, free PR due to provocative guerilla actions. Awards: Kiev festival – gold and Bronze, EIFFIE brand of the Year. Russia – strategic planning, management of account team, TV-production (3-5 shooting projects simultaneously), substantial amount of coordination work as on any telecom client. During the period my responsibilities were to handle extensive market research, to build-up relationship on a new market, to win new business and prepare the basis for further business development.
