Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (Sakhalin-II), Operator of Shell’s largest LNG Project on Sakhalin, Commercial Department, Commercial Expert, Yuzhno, Russia; Tokyo, Japan § LNG Customers Engagement: Engaged and participated in the Key Terms, HoA and SPA LNG sales negotiations with Japanese customers and Kogas. Supported to prepare the final business case for a successful deal with USWC customer with the value of a deal of $2.1 bln. Participated in developing ‘walk-away’, ‘aspired’ and ‘expected’ negotiating positions, and strategies for staged trading of value in the negotiations to achieve aspired value position. § Modelling Tools Management: Handled LNG Portfolio management issues in support of various cases for the Company’s Stakeholders, Shareholders, the Russian Party; Analysed and evaluated economic performance of the committed and potential SE LNG deals. Supported commercial/marketing input to SEIC financing requirements; Provided guidance from Commercial to Technical and Economics for Reserve booking. § Marketing Strategy and planning: Actively involved in the revision of the Planning activities and the development of SE LNG Marketing Plans and strategies for Commercial. § RFG Engagement: Lobbied senior RFG and SOA officials for demonstrable Russian Government support to Sakhalin LNG sales to Japan, Korea and the US Mexico.
