Обязанности и достижения:
- liaising with distributors and customers over administrative issues, order planning, assisting distributors and customers in communication with company’s production facilities
- continuous improvement of order handling process, logistics process, communication with factories, enabling operations to produce and ship goods to customer agreed date
- providing support to commercial team in terms of sales forecasting, shipments planning, visual management, CRM activities, etc.
- managing of spare parts sales, increasing sales of spares in the region
- leading Customer Service Team in Romania (EMEA order handling and CPTK center)
