As a Service Delivery Manager (promoted to Customer Success Manager) I was involved into the entire Sales Process, covering such tasks as: Pre-sales, Product presentation / Demonstration, Customer Trainings, Post-Sales communication, Customer Support and Retention.
Successful projects: Auchan, Rosbank, Gefco, Fesco, Credit Agricole, Volvo Cars, Lafarge-Holcim, Sibur, Nordgold, Continental and many more.
Key Achievements:
• In 2015 promoted to Customer Success Manager.
• Customer trainings/demonstration/Service Roll-out: 400+ (includes online and offline product demonstration, train-the- trainer sessions, onsite sessions, online and offline support and Q&A sessions.
• Responsible for Customer retention process and upsell/x-sell company strategy.
• Web Event Service on-site for a number of our clients.
